Rory looked at Kanoa and smiled weakly. “I… I don’t know.” He looked at his feet. “We could see a movie or something. You know… do something normal. I just… I don’t want to think about you leaving. Not right now. Not ever really.”
Kanoa laughed, snorted softly, and pulled out of the parking lot towards the movie theater. “I’m going to leave. You’re going to have to get over it eventually.” He didn’t see why Rory wanted to see a movie. Movies are boring, all you do is sit in a dark room filled with strangers for two hours watching a giant screen that hurts your eyes. But then again, there are some fun things to do in dark rooms.
Rory followed Kanoa and shook his head. “No. Not school. Matias will make you leave.” He wrapped his good arm around Kanoa’s waist and kissed him heatedly. “I know you already know… but I love you.” He looked down. “I… I just had to tell you before you left.”
Kanoa smirked and patted the top of Rory’s head, “Yeah, I know..” He took Rory’s hand and led him back out to the car. Once they were back in their spots Kanoa turned to Rory and bit his lip. “Where do you wanna go then? What do you wanna do?”
Rory blushed deeply when Kanoa complimented him and smiled. “Thanks. I really like.” He hugged Kanoa quickly. “I… I don’t have any money to pay you though. I’m sorry. I didn’t think about that.” He was annoyed at himself for that.
Kanoa smiled happily as Rory hugged him. He actually liked Rory, as much as he could like anyone besides himself, and he was sad to have to leave him. He shook his head and went to the counter. “It’s okay, I’m paying.” Kanoa paid the guy for both tattoos and took instructions on how to care for them until they healed. “Alright, so, back to school now..?”
Rory sat in his seat, whimpering as he got his tattooo. He was fairly used to pain due to being beat up in school, but his whimpers were mainly of fear anyway. He looked at Kanoa and gave a weak smile, hoping to get points for not actually screaming.
Kanoa looked up at Rory smiling and giggling the whole time he was getting the tattoo. It was larger than Kanoa’s but it was only one color and it was less detailed so it took even less time. Kanoa got up to look at it. “Wow, it looks awesome.”
Rory blushed deeply when Kanoa showed his ass. “It looks good Kanoa… but pull up pants.” He was a bright red and looking at the ground. He stood up and sat in the seat, the man taking his arm. Rory was already tense and looked like he was about to scream in terror.
Kanoa made sure he was bandaged up before pulling up his pants and laying on the floor on his stomach. Rory was going to have to drive them back to the school while he lay in the passenger seat. The tattoo artist smirked at Rory’s terrified expression as the stencil was applied. “Rory, he hasn’t even done anything yet. Relax.” The tattoo gun was turned on and the buzzing started up as the needle tore through Rory’s flesh.
Rory frowned. “I can try.” He was afraid of Kanoa going to jail. Kanoa did deserve it. “Do you think it’ll hurt on my arm?” He sounded as distressed as he looked. “Sorry Kanoa. It’s a bad habit.” He licked his lip a few times to stop the blood flow.
Kanoa shrugged, “Yeah it’ll hurt, but not too bad.” Kanoa’s tattoo was finished surprisingly quickly and he had to waddle over to the mirror to see the finized product. He laughed and hit his thigh when he saw it. It was perfect, exactly as he imagined. The bright red lips and Ellie’s name suggested ‘Kiss My Ass, Ellie’. He turned towards Rory, grinning brightly, “You like it?”
Rory frowned. “I’ll make sure he won’t Kanoa. I promise.” He bit his lip and looked a little worried. “You make that sound like a good thing Kanoa!” He started to chew on his lip so hard it started to bleed. He wasn’t going to back out, but he was scared.
Kanoa smiled and shook his head, “You can’t promise that. And yeah, I didn’t think it would hurt as much on my ass.” He looked up at Rory, flicking his chin, “Stop biting your lip, it’s bleeding. It’s no big deal, really. You’ll be fine.”
